The Come Downby ~whitlam1

Traditional Art / Paintings / Surreal

This was a painting I did while I was living in Leeds, the year after I finished university. I spent most of that year getting wasted and drawing pictures. I'd just started experimenting with automatic drawing, and was still unsure of how my work would progress. It was a time of trial and error (mainly error) but some of the pictures from that era still fascinate me (mainly because I can't remember drawing them)

Amasing piece. That is an interesting backstory you have to this piece too. I love it when people experement with states of mind and incorperate it into their art or literature. I experement similarly.
Anyway... I really do love this piece. ^_^
