In The Good Cuck, *whitlam1 captured an everyday issue of society in a drawing as surreal as cases of infidelity and betrayal can sometimes happen to be. Thanks. To be honest I never know what I'm going to draw when I start a piece of work. Even with a picture like this, which contains a lot of personal meaning for me. I think I 'find' the image on the page through a mixture of trial and error. Often I'll sketch on the same page for a few hours, then rub most of it out and start again. Sometimes the faded lines left on the page will suggest other ideas, which themselves change as I draw them. It's a bit like trying to focus a camera - as the lines come in and out focus, you see different possibilities, until gradually certain parts start to stick.
Anyway, glad you like it - there's more stuff on it's way soon.

impressive piece of work! god, i was so looking forward to a new submittion from you. never fails to amaze man. 1st time i saw your pieces, i was thinking that this must be big ones, considering the details you lay out. was so in awe when you said your biggest is A3! again, very impress here.:D
